This is a mockup of a drinking game my friends and I randomly made up
over Memorial Day weekend. It involved refilling your red solo cup with
different beverages every time you got it half way empty. That was
leveling up and it went until we had very little mixers left. The title refers to it all taking place on a boat... which was in a garage. We declared that to be international waters after about level 2.

Level Up
